COVID-19 Shipping Delays

Due to ongoing challenges with COVID-19. Our preferred delivery partner Australia Post has been facing significant delays with shipping times. With that in mind, please allow up to an additional 5-10 working days for standard deliveries and 3-5 working days for express delivery. International orders face delays of up to 5-10 working days.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us with your ORDER NUMBER and TRACKING NUMBER. The most updated tracking information you will receive is from your tracking number. We appreciate your patience and please plan ahead for any gifts during the jolly season. Australia Post anticipates a further increase in delay times due to the busy season, please plan ahead accordingly.


The final quarter of the year is notorious for mass shipping delays across the country. This year, these normal delays have been emphasised due to COVID-19 restrictions, quarantines and lack of staff in Australia Post sorting centres. You may have already seen some of the pictures floating around the internet of overwhelming amounts of parcels sitting in sorting warehouses.

We anticipate further delays with orders, especially to those who live in rural or regional areas. Please prepare in advance for this holiday season to avoid disappointment and shop for gifts earlier than normal. We recommend ordering before December 11 to receive your order before Christmas.
