Returns

Her Heir offers a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will happily give you a refund provided that you return the product within 14 days of the delivery date at your own cost. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed and if you have not received it by then please email us at info@herheir.com. Please note that orders can not be cancelled or edited once they have been placed and we do not offer refunds outside of the 14 day time frame. 

Exchanges

Her Heir do not accept exchanges due to hygiene reasons.  

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This includes any discount coupon used. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping

Her Heir are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. All enquiries regarding lost, stolen, or damaged items must be directed to the carrier. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. To estimate delivery time, please take into account the processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected method of shipping at checkout.
